Having begun his career in project controls and cost accounting, George has grown his professional practice to incorporate project and program management, with accountability for technical and commercial performance. He has direct experience managing large teams, both in a direct line management capacity and via influence in a matrix-structured organisation, in each case making capacity-building and mentoring a key element of my approach.
He has also spearheaded major transformations, turning around underperforming programs to achieve budget and schedule parameters. His experience extends from major resources sector projects in Australia to programs with multinational significance, including management of stakeholders across Asia Pacific and China.

George continues to provide expertise and insight to programs and projects for JVs such as Clough ZFP and SLFE, with a particular focus on standards development, continuous improvement and billion-dollar contract management.

With a technical background in logistics, accountancy and HR, Joe has worked in Australia and abroad, particularly in the resource centres of the Middle East. He quickly focussed his professional practice on the Oil and Gas, where he oversaw procurement in EPC project environments during construction of major international pipeline infrastructure.
His diverse background saw him sought out to develop systems and processes whether technical, methodological or human and his legacy to each project was one of more robust governance, optimised management policies and procedures and the facility to expand into specialised project construction from pipelines to pumping stations and water treatment plants. Equally at home leading large, multidisciplinary teams, Joe is a strategist, manager and inspirational leader.
Senior Engineering Consultant
Norman is a multidisciplinary Project Manager both commercially savvy and technically astute. He was an integral part of the General Engineering Services procure and consult team and currently represents P&CCS Asia out of The Philippines.
With access to the resources and expertise of 150 Engineers, his reputation as an effective negotiator is matched only by his ability to convene and lead high-volume engineering workforces in support of major civil and resources projects. He is highly proficient in tender development, BOMs and NMR 601 and 602.
Project Control Consultant
With a degree in Business and a professional background in ERP software and project management, Ali is on hand to consult on projects cost reporting, cash-flow preparation as well as oversight of critical project administration such as invoicing and POs. In addition, Ali is a highly effective communicator and able to train and mentor clients and colleagues alike on managing project scopes, variations and budgetary performance as well as cost monitoring, trending and forecasting of all activities with an eye to overall project impact.
Unintimidated by complexity, Ali is equally at home in large-scale demobilisation phases, implementing significant variations to scope and other project change processes, with impacts on assets, manpower, clients and other stakeholders.
