Norman is a multidisciplinary Project Manager both commercially savvy and technically astute. He was an integral part of the General Engineering Services procure and consult team and currently represents P&CCS Asia out of The Philippines.

With access to the resources and expertise of 150 Engineers, his reputation as an effective negotiator is matched only by his ability to convene and lead high-volume engineering workforces in support of major civil and resources projects. He is highly proficient in tender development, BOMs and NMR 601 and 602.
