With a technical background in logistics, accountancy and HR, Joe has worked in Australia and abroad, particularly in the resource centres of the Middle East. He quickly focussed his professional practice on the Oil and Gas, where he oversaw procurement in EPC project environments during construction of major international pipeline infrastructure.

His diverse background saw him sought out to develop systems and processes whether technical, methodological or human and his legacy to each project was one of more robust governance, optimised management policies and procedures and the facility to expand into specialised project construction from pipelines to pumping stations and water treatment plants. Equally at home leading large, multidisciplinary teams, Joe is a strategist, manager and inspirational leader.
